Yoga can be practised regardless of your age. These classes have been tailored to suit the 50+ group. Staying mobile in the senior years is seen as being key to maintaining mental and physical health, so taking up Yoga is a gentle way to help with that. In the sessions we will practice light stretches and strengthening exercises as well as deep relaxation.
If you are below the age of 50 but with more limited mobility, or if you simply prefer a gentle class, then you are welcome to join. Please contact me before attending the first class so that I may meet any additional needs you may have.
- Mondays 13:30-14:30 at Chilham Village Hall, Chilham CT4 8DB. Autumn term 11th September - 11th December.
- Fridays 10:30-11:30 at Wye Methodist Church Hall, Bridge Street, Wye TN25 5DP. Autumn term 15th September - 8th December.

Double thick mats, cushions and blankets will be provided for all participants.
